Research Fellow in Landscape Genetics
arne.devriese@ut.ee
After finishing my PhD, where I used metabarcoding to study plant-pollinator interactions in fragmented landscapes, I have now moved to study how these fragmented landscapes shape plant population genetics and their ability to adapt to future changes.
PROJECTS
Improving the Functional Connectivity of Grassland Networks for Plant-Pollinator Interactions (FuncNet)
Resilience of Plant-pollinator Interactions in Agroecosystems: Spatio-temporal Effects of Land Use Change (PRG)
