The decoration was presented by Rector Toomas Asser at the ceremonial event held on 21 November in the University of Tartu Assembly Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations, Tsipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The names of all recipients of the university decorations are published on the university\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/siseveeb.ut.ee\/en\/announcement\/2025-recipients-honorary-decorations-have-been-announced\">intranet<\/a>.
